Day trip: Kayaking @ Biesbosch & City trip Dordrecht

Kayaking @ Biesbosch & City trip Dordrecht
12th of June | 8 am – 7 pm

What’s that you said? Kayaking in the beautiful Biesbosch National Park? Correct! Join us for a 4-5 hour kayaking trip around the largest fresh water tidal zone in Europe. It’s absolutely worth it! Test your kayaking skills in both the open water and narrow streams. Speaking from experience, it’s a fun challenge! During our kayaking adventure we will stop off at an island and have lunch (you’ll have to pack your own) on the beach.
Afterwards we’ll head back to shore and see who makes it back first!

But the day has not come to an end just yet! We will then visit the oldest city in Holland: Dordrecht (not of The Netherlands, this is obviously our golden oldie Nijmegen). Here you can wander around the many impressive ports and historical houses. Tip: Look up every now and then to enjoy Dordrecht’s easthetically pleasing facades. We will also be visiting a Dutch aunt apartment with a panoramic view before entering the city centre.

Good to know:

We arrange the bus, you just get on board and we’ll take you to the right destination!
> Pick-up location: Nijmegen Central Station
> It’s corona-proof
> Bring your own lunch! We will enjoy our own lunch, there is no places to buy lunch here.
